Looking to buy a Mazda. Met with a salesperson who said he was not knowledgeable about Mazda because he mostly sold Hyundai. Short test drive and salesperson could not answer basic questions. Told me the price of the car and said no negotiations. No salesmanship, who trained this guy. I was completely turned off by the attitude and incompetency of the salesperson. I just purchased a brand new Mazda CX-5 from Simon Duffey and the experience was the best I could have asked for. Simon was very professional, honest, and direct to the point without all the "salesman" nonsense. Had to go in for my 10,000 mile oil change. Staff was very friendly and very fast service. I forgot to turn my coupon in at the beginning and Donna took care of me at the end. Tire pressure light came on after I left and they took me right back and fixed it for me. Amazing service will recommend to everyone and will definitely go back for my 15,000 change

I called and got an appointment early on Monday, April 2nd. This fit my schedule. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Donna in the service department. I explained what I was there for and she showed me to a more comfortable waiting area in the main showroom. I was shown and offered coffee and told the work should not take long. Once repair on my Mazda 6 was complete the tech took it on a test drive and TOTALED my car when he pulled out in front of another vehicle! They refuse to do a thing to help me. They won't return an email or phone call. They have turned it to their insurance of course...who is stonewalling and screwing us over because that what insurance companies do. On day one the a.c. did not work or back latch. Was told just needed Freon. Which he did not even offer. Well turns out bad compressor. He said he would fix a.c. or latch. So, I took my new MX-5 Club Edition to Gray Epperson Mazda for its first recommended service, which included rotation of the tires, if you are familiar with the Club Edition it has dark grey wheels, well they service technician damaged the paint on three of the four wheels, needless to say this will be the last time I ever use this dealership, now I must pay a wheel professional to repaint my wheels..........

I purchased a 2015 Toyota Rav4 from this dealer back in November 2015. The salesman promised me floor mats, cargo mat, and extra keyless entry with purchase. When I picked up the vehicle I had the floor mats but no cargo mat or keyless entry. In 2014 I bought a 2013 Fiat 500 Pop I had car less than a year.I took car back to dealer I left car with two sets of keys.They advised me to get my car off their lot.I do not recommend anyone getting a car here! Poor customer service.

Bought my GMC canyon here few weeks ago showed up at 8 pm bought truck and drove away at 9 pm awesome customer service in f these guys say something then they can and will do it highly recommended rick I think was his name is awesome. Full tank of gas and oil change came with the truck.

We purchased a 2013 Mazda 3. When they detailed the car they wiped all purpose cleaner all over the interior which WAS black, it ended up looking like a zebra. The cleaner bleached out everywhere he touched it. They would NOT fix the car, they had a "detailer" wipe some greasey, slimey stuff on it to try to undo the damage. I am writing to you to make clear the injurious actions of a service department to the Hyundai Motor Company and it's loyal customers. Yesterday I called the local dealership about a Transmission Flush Coupon. I called and asked many questions about the service procedure, cost, fluids used and such. $149.99 coupon that said uses genuine Hyundai specific fluid AT trans flush at Gray Epperson Dealer in Cleveland TN. My sales guy, Rick, and finance guy, Gary, were awesome to work with! They worked with me twice now and each purchase couldn't have gone better. I have read some other reviews about the service department, and I will say I also had some trouble getting serviced/called back by people in that department, but otherwise I would recommend Gray Epperson for sales. Well, it seems that this dealership has tried to cover their own faults by putting the blame on the customer. They were reported to the BBB and they replied to the complaint by saying that the father came in a "cussed" their employees and had to be restrained by some of the other customers that were standing around.
